Using If Condition of Actions

WebTestware actions typically contain property called If to conditionally execute that action. Action is executed if condition given for 'If' property evaluates to true, ignored otherwise. Default value is true, hence setting If property is not needed if action needs to be executed always.

Common variable for multiple actions If property:

Use a common variable if same condition is applicable for multiple actions. Add SetVariable action by double clicking Add/Update Variable from actions list.

Now set variable value using expression or a Boolean value like true/false. Expression is anything which evaluates to true, containing variables, constant values etc.

Now use this var1 in any action's If property. Example: Browser is navigated to http://www.webtestware.com as variable @var1 value is true.
